The foam blocks can be of different colours, depending on the density,
which is divided into different definitions: shape retaining soft or self-bearing,
soft or load-bearing, super soft or flame retardant.
Once the foam has been cut and the shape has been formed,
we proceed with the assembling of the foams with different densities,
combining all the elements in the most suitable way
to create a product of the highest quality.
The realization of parts like cushions starts from the sewing of the white linen, previously cut, then filled with the feathers and closed again with absolute precision.
Depending on the type and the part which has to be realized
(for example backrest or seat)
